Dreadful Service and Support. There is none, especially around Mental Health, Transgender diagnosis or Autism. I would never discourage others from continuing to seek help from this core organisation - but my own experiences have been awful. So much so that, I have had to complain to PALS, and obtain SEAP representation over and over again to no avail. A big shape up needed - despite their affirmation that 'feedback is mainly positive' 1 star, if I could credit just a half a star - I would.
